Return and Refund Policy

At Morph, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

  • Used items may only be returned if they arrive damaged or faulty.

  • Note: Morph cases do not support MagSafe. As stated on our product page, returns will not be accepted on this basis once the item has been used.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or special-order items.

  • Items not returned in their original condition (damaged, scratched, or missing parts not due to our error).


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
