At Morph, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns

Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

Used items may only be returned if they arrive damaged or faulty.

Note: Morph cases do not support MagSafe. As stated on our product page, returns will not be accepted on this basis once the item has been used.
Non-Returnable Items

Customized or special-order items.

Items not returned in their original condition (damaged, scratched, or missing parts not due to our error).
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
