How do I know if my phone case is connected to NFC?
If the connection is successful, the App will prompt you that the connection is successful.
If the NFC connection fails, the system will prompt you to open the NFC in the phone "Device" and try again.
Will my phone lose battery with the case on?
A small amount of power from the phone is utilised during the image transmission process, but does not use the phone's power at other times, as the e-ink screen does not require power to maintain the image display.

Will the smartphone cases get hot?
The smartphone case does not carry battery power, so there is no heat condition.
Is the Canvas Case waterproof?
The canvas case is splash-resistant and designed to handle minor exposure to water, such as accidental drips or light splashes. However, it is not waterproof.
Please avoid using it in environments like bathrooms, swimming pools, or beaches. If it does get a few drops of water on it, simply wipe it dry promptly with a soft cloth.
Does the Canvas Case support MagSafe?
The Canvas Case supports wireless charging but does not support magnetic attachment.
This is because magnetic rings can interfere with the performance of the E-Ink display.
